Controversial pic of a young Vlad Putin during his KGB days. The picture in question was taken by Pete Souza, the official White House photographer for Obama. He recounted the day he took the photo here.
It was snapped during Reagan’s visit to Moscow in ‘88 with Gorbachev. Max respect to Dontron for sending me the image.
