A Completely Level Floor Made from 400 Individual Ceramic Tiles
by twistedsifter
The entrance to the Manchester showroom for Casa Ceramica Tiles has been generating buzz online for its trippy pattern. Made from 400 individual porcelain tiles, the floor appears warped and skewed but is actually completely level.
Even when viewed from the opposite direction the floor still appears to undulate. Casa Camerica tells Insider, “the inspiration was to create an entrance themed on illusions and [exceed] expectations of how tiles can be used.”
Below you will find some additional photos as well as timelapse videos of the build.
