How Pixar Artists Made the Cars in ‘Cars’ Do Things Without Hands

In “McQueen has no hands”, Pixar artist Rob Gibbs recounts the time he had to draw a scene with the following direction: “McQueen produces a map”. The journey of how the artists arrived at what would become the actual scene is a great lesson in storytelling.
