This might be my favourite Smarter Every Day video yet. Destin built a transparent potato cannon so we can appreciate the science happening inside; and he filmed the experiment at night, with a high-speed camera, capturing some of the coolest slow-motion footage you will ever see.

Goggle up, science is about to happen.
