At 251.5 m (825 ft), This Is the Longest Ski Jump Ever

On February 15, 2015, Norway’s Anders Fannemel set the ski jumping world record with a distance 251.5 m (825 ft) at a competition in Vikersund, Norway.

The conditions were perfect that day, in fact it was the second time the world record was broken that day, as Anders bested a short-lived record setting jump by Slovenia’s Peter Prevc.
