For Hollywood’s elite, not any trailer will do. When a mobile home is not enough, an estate is required. Since 1987, that service has been provided by Anderson Mobile Estates, the industry leader and mobile outfitter to the stars. Ideal for individuals or organizations who desire spacious rooms, studios, conference rooms, and the 5-Star Luxury Treatment. This is one of our most lavish Two-Story trailer with more uses than one. Movie stars, Actors, Singers… can relax in peace during their down time with no worries or without being cramped. It features up to 1,200 sq. ft. of living and working area allowing for multiple business meetings to take place, all in the privacy of your own trailer.
The Heat is practical for almost every use; Actors, Singers, Business Executives all find practical uses for this trailer. Business Executives can hold quarterly, or weekly conferences without renting out an entire hotel. Movie Stars and Singer can find it useful as it has multiple ares to lounge in, do make-up, watch TV, or take a shower after that long performance.

As with all of our Units, The Heat features a full kitchen to serve clients, crew members, or an entire staff during down-time. A Master Bedroom, many Spacious Rooms, Lobbies, and restrooms and showers are also included.

Studio One is our most famous model as it is used quite often by WILL SMITH. The base model includes a full Audio Recording Studio, Large Conference Rooms ideal for business meetings, a Full Kitchen, multiple living areas such as Living Rooms, a Master Bedroom and other Bedrooms, as well as Bath Rooms and optional Play Area for children.

The Studio One model has been used on multiple movie sets and music production sets, and is ideal for conventions of all sizes, as well as event parties, studio projects, and other areas a conventional trailer may be of use. As with all of our Units, Studio One features a full kitchen to serve clients, crew members, or an entire staff during down-time. A Master Bedroom, many Spacious Rooms, Lobbies, and restrooms and showers are also included.

The Aspen is one of our first production models made for those seeking a “Home Away from Home”. it features around 1,100 sq ft of comfortable living space and even has its own play pen on the top level for children. Ideal on Movie Sets, Concerts, Event Galas, Tailgating, and just about anywhere!

Its size is adequate for everything you would use a standard Camper or RV trailer for, as it features a pop out patio section on the passenger side, rear entrance door, multiple cargo holds, and a roof deck for you to check out your surroundings or catch some sun.

As with all of our Units, Aspen features a full kitchen to serve clients, crew members, or an entire staff during down-time. A Master Bedroom, many Spacious Rooms, as well as restrooms and showers. Suitable for all conditions, Baby Girl is our most recommended as it is similar to our Studio One Unit. It has the same amenities, features and treatments as Studio One, such as the the marble floors spacious rooms. Heavily chosen by Movie Stars working on set. It has everything our Studio One Trailer has, but with a different flair to it, such as different fabrics, and furniture. Recommended for individuals or organizations who desire tons of work space, studio rooms, conference rooms, and the 5 Star Luxury Treatment. This two-story trailer features up to 1,100sq ft. of living and working area allowing for multiple business meetings to take place, all in the luxury of your own trailer.
