You know times are tough when rich Uncle Pennybags from the iconic boardgame Monopoly is begging for change! This photograph was taken by Jason Reeve on October 24, 2011 at St. Paul’s Cathedral in London. It’s interesting to see the word ‘Tox’ graffiti’d on the red house beside Pennybags.
