Furniture with Rivers of Glass Running Through Them

Furniture-with-Rivers-of-Glass-Running-Through-Them-by-Greg-Klassen-(15)

Greg Klassen is a one-man furniture maker based out of Lynden, Washington. The craftsman is inspired by the Pacific Northwest and the trees that grow there. Klassen remarks, “no two trees are the same just as no two pieces are that I make from them.”

All pieces are handmade, one at a time and the result is incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. In a furniture series known as the River Collection, Klassen uses glass to simulate rivers and lakes running through his designs. You can find a large gallery of Klassen’s work here and see pieces available for sale through his online storefront.
