Seen here is a white-spotted puffer (Arothron hispidus) just off the coast of Big Island, Hawaii. The white-spotted puffer is a medium-sized puffer fish and can reach 50 cm length. It is light grey in color with small white spots. It also has concentric contrasting white and dark grey lines that radiate around the eyes and pectoral fins. [Source]
