This Series of Japanese Businessmen Jumping Beside their Daughters is Perfect

 

Photographer Yuki Aoyama recently published her series of Japanese businessmen jumping beside their daughters into a 109-page photo book now available on Amazon Japan.

According to Spoon & Tamago, the younger generation slyly refer to these ‘salarymen’ as Ossan aka boring old men.

In a series of creative portraits, Aoyama challenges the notion, with fathers expressing their more playful side by jumping in the air next to their daughters, whose feet are firmly planted on the ground. To see more photography by Aoyama, check out her work at the links below.
