Wood & Glass is an ongoing series of works by glass artist, Scott Slagerman, in collaboration with Jim Fishman.

Each glass vase is formed by directly blowing it into a cut out shape from a slab of live edge wood. You can see from some of the process shots below that the pieces themselves are quite large. Slagerman uses various woods such as mesquite and walnut. You can find many more from the series on his official website.
