by twistedsifter

Star Wars collector and amateur model maker @plasticstarwars found a creative way to make ‘exploding’ ships using cotton balls, LEDs and even some fibre optic lights for ‘sparks’.

The Singapore-based model maker says his favourite model kits are made by Bandai and Deagostini and his Instagram page is filled with amazing custom paint jobs and landscapes.
