Jeffro Uitto Uses Driftwood to Make the Most Amazing Animal Sculptures We’ve Seen

Using salvaged driftwood found off the coast of Washington, artist Jeffro Uitto creates magnificent animal sculptures, giving a second life to wood that has already given so much to our planet.

From his workshop, named Knock on Wood, near Willapa Bay, Uitto find and collects driftwood from the shores of Tokeland, the banks of Smith Creek, or the valleys between the Willapa Hills.

We last featured Uitto’s jaw-dropping work in 2013 and since then he has continued to create the most beautiful driftwood sculptures we’ve seen. For more, check out Jeff’s work at the links below!
