How do you deal with people illegally living on your property? It might seem impossible to get them to leave, but it’s not!

This woman works for a property management company, and they have the most ingenious solution to this problem.

Read the story below to find out how they were able to kick out a bunch of squatters in one of their units.

Squatters get out witted

Ten years ago, the property management company I worked for managed properties out of California where we were located.

A tenant allowed friends to move in, and then vacated the property after his friends had lived there for a while.

We tried to negotiate, but these jerks decide they want us to go the legal route.

The company this woman is working for hired a person to get back at the squatters.

Instead, we found the biggest loser we could hire.

We gave him a fresh lease with his name on it, a 36 pack of Coors, pizza take-out, and keys.

He was instructed to sit on their couch, watch their TV and get comfy.

They told him to leave, and even called the police on him.

The bothersome folks arrived and told him to leave. He wasn’t moving.

He told them to go ahead and call the police.

They did.

They moved out eventually.

The police told them he was legally allowed to be there.

Tenants had stronger rights than owners in this area.

They were out within a week, while we paid him to be an absolute nuisance.

Wow! What a genius plan. Let’s find out how others on Reddit react to this story.
