His Wife Doesn’t Want To Bring Any Luggage On A 4-Day Trip, But He Thinks That’s A Bad Idea For A Few Good Reasons

I’m all for traveling light, but taking no luggage at all on a trip to another country?

Sounds kinda crazy, right?

Well, this guy is going through that very situation with his wife and he asked the fine folks of Reddit if he’s being unreasonable.

Read his story below and see what you think.

AITA? Wife wants to travel without luggage for Valentine’s, I do not.

“We are a married couple (30M and 30F).

We are planning a trip for Valentine’s Day to Europe from London where we stay.

My wife chose Vienna and found a flight with Ryan Air priced at 60 pounds return each.

She wants to travel lightly…

She suggested we should take that flight for a 4 day trip.

The flight doesn’t include any luggage, with cabin luggage the flight is worth 120 each and she said we can manage without the luggage.

She said she wants to experience traveling for a cheap amount and doesn’t want to spend too much.

For context, we are high earners and live way below our means so this is not due to a budget constraint.

Are you sure about that…?

I suggested that we should at least be able to take some cabin baggage as I don’t like traveling without clothes especially for a 4 day trip.

We got into an argument and now she won’t talk to me.

I told her I wouldn’t want to go for a trip if this is how we would be traveling.

AITA?”

Luggage or no luggage, that is the question…

And they can each come up with their own answer, right?
