Banks can make things so complicated…
And what for?!?!
Let’s just keep it simple, friends!
It makes life so much easier…
This person knows all about it but they found a clever way to get around a bank policy they didn’t want to deal with.
Check out what happened!
Bank cash-back limit thwarted.
“About twenty years ago I banked at my local co-op but apparently they had a cash out limit of $1,000 per day.
They were gonna make a big purchase.
I wanted about $1,500 in cash to purchase a car I had found, a 1968 Cadillac Sedan De Ville, and was told that I could not be accommodated.
Luckily I remembered that cashier’s checks were issued free of charge!
So I ordered $1,500 worth and when I received them I signed them and cashed them in.
It all worked out!
It took about a half hour and the line in back of me got a bit testy but in the end I had my Caddy and great fun it was too.”
