Towing a car in my spot

Some random car parked in my private parking spot yesterday morning with out-of-state plates.

They have now been parked there for over 24 hours.

I haven’t seen anyone go in and out of it, and at this point, I’m super annoyed.

I’ve tried reaching out to my landlord because I’m assuming he would have to be the one to tow it.

Since he’s the owner of the building. But he hasn’t responded still.

This man plans to have the car towed.

Is there any way for me to be allowed to call and have this car towed?

There isn’t any way to ask them nicely to move when I have no clue whose car it is.

And I haven’t seen any people going back and forth to it.

I did ask my neighbors if they knew, and they said they had no idea.

He had given them 24 hours, so he’s thinking about taking action now.

I don’t care if it makes me a jerk to have them towed.

I want my private parking spot back now.

I’ve given them over a full day to move.

Honestly, it’s understandable that he’s frustrated after losing access to his own parking spot for an entire day.

Since the car is on private property, I think OP has the right to have it moved out of his space.

However, he should also make sure to follow the proper towing rules rather than risking trouble himself.
