I have mobility issues and have been unable to get a driveway due to a tree on the public verge outside my property.

I went and asked politely if they would mind making space by moving their car onto their driveway.

They told me no. They pay road tax and can park where they liked, which I don’t dispute.

The reason they wouldn’t move was so that a visitor could park on their drive when they came over.
