A deadly flash flood ripped through Ellicott City, Maryland’s historic downtown Saturday evening, claiming two lives and leaving a wake of destruction.
In the raw video above, a group of brave citizens form a human chain to rescue a woman trapped in her car as the flash flood gains momentum. The leader of the rescue who was nearly swept away himself, is Jason Barnes, a true hero that saved this woman from impending disaster.
