Jon Stewart delivers one of the most impassioned speeches to Congress ever, over health care for the 9/11 first responders during the hearing for reauthorizing the 9/11 victim compensation fund.
This speech was given Tuesday and a House panel passed a bill Wednesday to authorize additional funding for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund until 2090. The bill now heads to the House floor for the full chamber to vote.
