Brain Farm Cinema paired a Phantom Flex4K camera with an Aerigon UAV to shoot the world’s first Ultra High Definition, 4K aerial drone footage at 1,000 FPS. While some are quick to point out that the ‘proof of concept’ footage could have been achieved for much cheaper with a camera on a crane or boom, the potential for 4K slow motion video footage with a drone opens up new territories and opportunities for filmmakers.
