On December 9, 2015, 70 mph (113 km/h) wind gusts swept through Bozeman, Montana, sending thousands of tumbleweeds rolling along for the ride. On hand to witness the strange event was Tom Forwood Jr, who noted that the temperature also dropped about 19 degrees Fahrenheit in 15 minutes.
