At the Right Place and Time You Can See the Magical Yosemite ‘Rainbowfall’

In spring and fall, as the sun lowers its position on the horizon, a dazzling natural phenomenon can be seen from Yosemite National Park’s iconic ‘Tunnel View’.

Late afternoon sunlight turns Bridalveil Fall into a glistening waterfall of colours. This display of nature’s watercolors varies depending on time of year, weather conditions, and how much water is in Bridalveil Fall.

Photographer Greg Harlow recently captured the breathtaking phenomenon from Glacier Point.
