Located above the harbor in Old Jaffa of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel; this stunning stone restoration shows off the beauty of the original, centuries-old facade. The project was designed and executed by PITSOU KEDEM ARCHITECT. The apartment is a modest 105 square meters (1,130 sq ft), but the minimalist design aesthetic and vaulted ceilings make the home feel much more spacious.
