A Unique Hillside Home Built Into the Landscape

Located in Luque, Paraguay, this fascinating home by Bauen features a unique design that places the property directly into and around several hills. The arched roof, which mimics the shape of the top of a hill, blends beautifully into the landscape. The expansive windows means lots of natural light, and the high ceilings and open concept design creates an impressive interior.

The total area within the two buildings comprise a total of 600 square meters or 6458 square feet. There is also an outdoor pool and large driveway beside one of the buildings.

The property was first spotted on ArchDaily where you can find a much more extensive gallery with detailed plans as well. There is not much additional information however, and the Bauen website is just a landing page. Nonetheless, it’s an intriguing property and one the Sifter would love to see in person!
