Now in its 34th year, Australia’s Festival of the Winds at Bondi Beach is the country’s premiere kite event, attracting some 50,000 spectators and hundreds of kite flyers from around the world.
The event took place on September 9th on Sydney’s most famous beach. The highlight for many at the show was the massive humpback whale kite which soared majestically alongside other impressive animals like the tiger and mantaray.
The Festival of the Winds is a great even that your entire family can enjoy. Be sure to watch out for next year’s festival!
