After 7 years on the road, travelling on the back of a semi across 48 states, Idaho’s famous Big Potato has been put out to pasture on 400 acres of good ol’ Idaho farmland just south of downtown Boise.
Recycled from the Idaho Potato Commission’s “Big Idaho Potato Tour”, this 6-ton potato has been retrofitted into a hotel by Kristie Wolfe.
The hotel also features a retrofitted silo with a full bathroom, soaking tub, and fireplace! For information and booking check out the Big Idaho Potato Hotel on Airbnb
