“Recently a driver aggressively (and intentionally) cut us off (wife was driving), causing us to have to brake to the point of skidding to not hit them.

I was told by her father (former mechanic) that if a car gets reported to that hotline 3 or more times, the car owner gets contacted and are required to get a smog test.

Sure, their car will likely pass, but definitely adds an extra level of annoyance to their already sad lives.”
