I can understand being upset if a construction truck damages your yard, especially when the construction workers aren’t working on your property but on a completely separate project.

A gravel truck for our new construction crossed about a foot onto the city easement toward my neighbor damaging his grass last night.

So the new Neighbor harassed contractors that had nothing to do with the truck, then went into his shop, and cut large thick pipes at 30 degree angle and sharpened them to a fine point.

He buried them at a high angle to the road about 1 foot off the road towards traffic in both directions. So if you drive onto it it impales the cars, tires, people whatever.

He thinks this should be illegal.

The next building down is a montisorri school, with young children.

Sheriff has still not showed up.

Shouldn’t this be illegal? Are you allowed to make Vietnam spear traps right on the road.

Normal people would just ask for repairs, this dude? Man the walls me boys!!

I’m glad OP didn’t let this go. That sounded like a serious safety concern. I understand why his neighbor was upset, but he really went too far. Installing a fence would’ve been a much more effective, safer and rational solution if he really wanted to do something to keep people off his grass.
