The city needs to enforce its rules.
Document what is happening and report it to the landlord; that is the only way to get it to stop.
This guy’s neighbor clearly isn’t cut out for apartment life.
When living in an apartment, you have to document every issue so you can report it when necessary.
Imitation may be a form of flattery, but this is just taking things too far.
Constant noise is the kind of thing that wears on you slowly, hour by hour, day after day, until you finally break.
They need to try to get these folks evicted!
Cameras would probably help protect them.
