Some neighbors treat their property like a personal junkyard.

In this story, one homeowner spent years dealing with a car-hoarding neighbor she nicknamed Billy Bob, someone who keeps 13 vehicles crammed onto his property and street, constantly rearranging them like a life-sized game of Tetris whenever the city comes around to tag unregistered cars.

His latest scheme involved pushing a broken-down, unmanned vehicle into his backyard using his truck, a plan that ended with a shattered back window and the street completely blocked off.

The real danger came when this chaos unfolded right as her 12-year-old walked past on the way to the bus stop, narrowly avoiding both the car and flying glass.

Calling the non-emergency police line got exactly the response you’d expect.

So my NFH, I’ve dubbed Billy Bob, was up to his normal shenanigans again.

Billy Bob was quite the…collector.

He has 13 cars on his property/on the street.

Anywho, the city comes by once and a while to tag unregistered vehicles on the street.

Billy Bob had quite the interesting process.

Billy Bob always finds room to stuff the cars on the property, it’s like Tetris.

This morning he was trying to move this broken-down car into the backyard by pushing it with his truck. No one was steering the car either.

But that’s when disaster struck.

During this brilliant plan, he breaks out the back window and blocks the street. All this happened when my 12-year-old was walking by his house on the way to the bus stop.

Thank goodness he wasn’t hit by car/breaking glass. I call the nonemergency number, police respond, and basically do nothing.

The trashiness soon continued.
