He Thought She Was Warning Him About Deer — Instead, She Started Screaming About His Headlight and Followed Him Aggressively

You never really know what to expect from other people on the road.

One man recently bought his first motorcycle in 25 years and was taking his wife out for an evening ride.

On the way home, an SUV ahead kept tapping its brakes near groups of deer, so he assumed the driver was trying to warn him.

But when they stopped beside each other at a red light, the woman suddenly started screaming at him to turn off his headlight.

Instead of making her turn, she came after him and kept the confrontation going down the road.

Read on to see how it all played out.

Entitled Driver/road rage

Bought my first motorcycle in about 25 years. I’m getting comfortable with it recently, driving only during the daytime. Got lots of deer around here, so I’ve been trying to not go out where I end up having to drive home in the dark.

Well, the other night, it was the first time taking Wife with me on a longer drive to go get some food.

It ended up getting dark before we made it home, so the last 30 minutes I was driving in the dark, driving under the speed limit, being very mindful of the ditches because there was seemingly an abnormally large amount of deer out.

At first, he thought the person was trying to help him.

At this one intersection, I decided to let this new SUV go before me even though it was my turn, and off we went. No big deal. This car is driving about a mile ahead of me. I’m keeping pretty much the exact distance the entire time.

Over the next about 20 miles, this driver keeps tapping their brakes periodically, and I would look, and there would be a bunch of deer close to the road when I got closer to that spot. In my mind, I thought they were basically constantly giving me a brake tap when there were a bunch of deer.

I didn’t think anything else of it. In fact, I was appreciative of this other driver’s effort in my mind.

He was very confused when she started screaming at him.

So at the next town, we get a red light. They’re about to make a left turn, and I’m sitting beside them.

They rolled their window down, and this young, smoking-hot, about 21-year-old blonde screams at me at the absolute top of her lungs. We’re talking the kind of volume that has to be painful to her lungs.

She is screaming at me, absolutely ripping me up and down. Just calling me everything under the sun, what a big piece of **** I am, and yelling at me to “turn that **** off.”

That’s all she would say. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. She just kept yelling, “Turn that **** off,” and lots of other colorful things.

Suddenly, she turned around and left him alone.

So yeah, that was interesting. I guess she doesn’t like my headlight. It’s a new motorcycle. Nothing extraordinary about my headlights. No, I wasn’t driving with my brights on.

So I take off at the red light, and instead of her turning left like she was planning to, she decides to come after me. I thought she was going to hit me from the rear.

She goes around me and keeps yelling at me. This goes on for a bit, and she does the same and gets beside me. I thought this ***** was for sure going to hit me yet.

But after about four or five times of that, she finally whipped a U-turn and hauls *** back to the red light where she had meant to turn.

He and his wife were both left speechless by the whole thing.

So yeah, we get home about 10 minutes later, and my wife looks at me flabbergasted. “What the **** was that?” she asked.

She didn’t put two and two together. I guess it didn’t occur to her that this ***** was ****** off about my headlight. Because it was absolutely preposterous for anybody to be ****** off about it.

Anyway, that was my introduction to getting back into motorcycles.

Yikes! That sounds like quite the ordeal.

Let’s check out what the people over at Reddit think about what happened here.

Yeah, a lot of people don’t like that noise.

These are both good possibilities.

If you enjoyed this story, check out this post about a disabled woman who confronts her neighbors about using her spot, only to have them tell her they can park where they want.

He probably didn’t like the way this comment was worded.

It sounds like his headlight was probably bothering her, but that still doesn’t excuse how she handled it.

If that happens again, his best move is probably to create some distance instead of trying to figure out what the other driver wants.

On a motorcycle, someone driving that aggressively can turn dangerous really fast.

Hopefully, next time he can get away from the situation before it goes that far.
