Her Controlling Mom Has Made Her Life Miserable for Years — Now She’s Targeting Her Boyfriend Too

Some parents have a hard time accepting that their kids are going to grow up and make their own choices.
One 18-year-old knows that feeling pretty well when it comes to her mother.
She says the two have had a strained relationship for years, and her mom has never been shy about judging the people and decisions she doesn’t agree with.
Lately, that attention has turned toward the woman’s boyfriend, even though her mom has never actually taken the time to get to know him.
So, when she caught the couple kissing, she completely lost it.

I have a Karen mother
My mother is an entitled person. My mother is special. Not in a good way.
She is a little bit racist. The fun fact is that her parents were Black people, and her boyfriend is Black. She’s not white, but she thinks that she is.
That’s why I think that she hates my boyfriend. Because she doesn’t want to meet him. In addition, my boyfriend and I have been in a relationship for more than 1 year.
Her mother has some pretty strong views.
She is against abortion. Nevertheless, she suspected she was pregnant in the past, and she wanted to go to an abortion clinic.
Moreover, she supports child abuse. Yes, I’m not kidding. She thinks that if you hit your child, the child will do everything that you ask.
Honestly, that’s the reason I don’t like her. She hit me many times when I was little, and my family and I almost reported her on many occasions, but her manipulation of me was so severe that it made me sad to see her in jail.
And she hates to be corrected. Every word that comes out of her mouth could be ****, but she thinks that she’s right all the time. That’s another reason that I don’t like her.
Here’s where she crossed the line though.
Finally, with her charming and humble personality (yes, I’m joking), she has a lot of problems all the time. She makes decisions based on the things that other people do. Pathetic.
Now I’m mad at her because she is doing a show like Meryl Streep because she saw me kissing my boyfriend. I’m 18, but she thinks that I’m wrong and I’m a *****.
I told her that she is wrong because she hasn’t even known my man.
She can’t say **** about him because he’s completely unknown to her. The funniest part of this discussion is that she didn’t try to explain her hate for him. She only saw us kissing, and that’s all.
Yikes! This woman sounds like a complete nightmare.
