There’s only so many times someone can stir up the same problem before everyone around them gets fed up.

One townhouse resident has reached that point with a neighbor who keeps filing the same complaints against people in the complex.

Even after getting caught in lies, the woman allegedly keeps watching neighbors and looking for new reasons to start trouble.

Then, she skipped one of the court hearings and disappeared for a few days.

Once she came back, though, the strange behavior started right back up.

Read on to see why the resident thinks the situation is far from over.

Vexatious Litigation Lady

This neighbor and I have some similar health issues.

Basically, a mentally ill lady I tried having compassion for and attempted to get along with at first was harassing another neighbor in our townhouse complex. How it was set up is I’m in my apartment, to my left is vexatious lady, and on the other side of vexatious lady is another neighbor with children.

The vexatious lady was complaining about children and adults basically doing normal things, while she expected to be able to go around and steal people’s welcome mats and do witchcraft with them and run around with her leaf blower out of resentment because people were complaining about the leaf blower.

The woman does things to annoy everyone living around her.

So this woman has been bringing myself and other neighbors to court with the same complaints with no new evidence. And she’s been getting caught in lies. So now she’s just trying to do things that antagonize us to keep trying to catch us doing the things that we were never doing in the first place.

And a whole bunch of other things that involve factual information in this situation that I don’t feel comfortable talking about until it’s all done. Alright, play here.

This woman just does things like walk her dog 5 times in 20 minutes, and then she’ll go move her car to one parking spot and then move it to another parking spot and videotape us in our windows, as well as other things.

And just sometimes she’ll make it obvious that she is making extra trips to come back to pretend she’s doing things to sit and watch us also, and it’s just weird.

She left for a few days, but is home and back at it again.

It’s a whole chaotic situation where, to one person, it may be very annoying, but to us with kids, there’s a whole lot of other stuff that’s been going on that’s just generally not safe, and the children are suffering.

But anyways, this woman skipped out of the courthouse and didn’t even show up to my hearing that I had with her. And I guess she almost got arrested, came home, packed up some stuff in her car, and took off.

She came back after a couple of days, and now she’s just antagonizing again. She doesn’t know how to just move out at this point.

I can’t imagine she would dare file another thing at the courthouse, but this woman is psychotically relentless. It gets my blood boiling, so you know.

Yikes. Living by someone like that can’t be fun.

Let’s see if the fine folks over at Reddit have any experience with it.

This is true. And that’s why it takes so long to have a court case.

At this point, the whole thing sounds like a full-time job.

There’s a big difference between having a legitimate complaint and constantly looking for new ways to keep a fight going.

If the same issues keep ending up in court with nothing new behind them, everyone involved is probably beyond fed up.

She really needs to stop watching what everyone else is doing and get on with her life.
