I just moved into this apartment.

Rent is cheap, and there are a lot of sketchy people living here.

I live on the top floor, and my neighbor on the right side is loud.

He comes home super late, always blasting something on his phone in the hallway at 2 am in the night.

The doors are paper thin, so I can hear everything and get woken up.

This man noticed his other neighbor was always on the phone and talking really loudly.

My neighbor on the left wakes up around 10 pm and calls someone.

He puts the speaker on and talks really loudly.

I know because I can’t hear my other neighbour, only this guy, because he’s literally so loud.
