Their Downstairs Neighbor Complained About Noise and Said Walk Normal, So They Did, Which Was Exactly What They’d Been Doing The Whole Time

Construction noise is awful.
Nothing’s worse than a neighborhood disagreement that turned into a daily routine.
This sounds like an awful living situation.
While annoying, they don’t seem dangerous.
The reason they keep playing in front of his house is because he’s too nice to tell them to leave.
If he’s bothered by the music, a lot of his neighbors probably are too.
I’m concerned about these children.
Some noise is to be expected.
A little consideration can make a big difference.
