My neighbor spends years accusing my gutter of flooding his house, then stands in the rain filming my home while HIS own gutter floods his garage.

“​I’ve been dealing with an absolute nightmare of a neighbor for years over a property dispute, and things have reached a point where I’m suffering physical body aches from constant stress.

Let’s take a look at what’s going on here…

Here’s the recap of the relentless insanity:

— ​The Groundless Legal Threats: He’s sent formal lawyer demand letters harassing us over everything—our 100% code-compliant gutters, our hardscaping/pavers, our parking, and our security cameras. He claims my setup causes water runoff onto his property.

— ​Creepy Intimidation & Privacy Violations: He stares at the front of our house, takes pictures, hired companies to come ring our doorbell, and gave out our contact details. We even have him on camera yelling “If you don’t change your gutter, I’m not finished!”

— ​The Ultimate Rainstorm Irony: On Sunday during a downpour, he walked right onto my lawn with an umbrella to film my downspout trying to manufacture evidence. My security camera caught the whole thing: my downspout was draining water perfectly down my lawn to the street per city bylaws.

What an idiot…

Meanwhile, his own downspout extension was completely detached, dumping gushing water directly down his foundation wall, flooding his garage and retaining wall. He realized it on camera, stopped filming, and ran over to fix it.

​It’s STILL Leaking: Flash forward to Wednesday night during another rainstorm—his gutter is still disconnected and leaking right against his house.

​I’ve documented everything.

The silver lining is that his own incompetence and obsession are now captured on high-def video to hand straight to my legal team, but living next to this hyper-vigilant creep is completely draining and my body literally aches.”
