I just don’t get it…

People get so bent out of shape about where other people park their cars…

What’s the big deal?

So maybe you have to walk an extra ten feet once in a while to get to your car…

Is that really the end of the world?

Well, I guess it is for some people!

New Neighbors.

“We just got new neighbors about 2 to 3 weeks ago.

Not sure, but I think there are somewhere between 4 and 6 people.

Anyway, we haven’t spoken to them or anything, because they haven’t been outside at the same time as us.

We moved to our neighborhood in late April, and have had no issues with any of our neighbors. Because we signed a lease, two of our older vehicles have to park on the curb on our street, because they occasionally leak fluids.

Conveniently, two spaces are usually available right in front of the property we rent. So we parked there. Our third vehicle that my Fiancé uses for work parks in the driveway, it’s newer.

I drive probably once a week, so my van is usually right in front of my place, its never been an issue. Never had any problems.

Uh oh…

Until today.

And everyone I called (Property Management and the local Police Department) heavily hinted neighbors.

Now I have noticed they do have more vehicles than we do, but are gone during the day, and when they park, one vehicle parks almost snug against my fiancé’s trucks bumper…

I got up this morning, did my usual morning routine and made my coffee and showered, had the air in my tires checked and ran to the store.

I came home and the parking spot I used previously was empty, so I pulled in. Go inside and lay down for a nap. Normal day, right?

Then my fiancé and a coworker show up and they are freaking out.

What was this all about?

So I go figure out what the fuss is about, and low and behold, there’s 48 hour “towing” been called by the police department for not moving in 24 hours.

Which is nonsense, I just drove my van this morning!

So how do I deal with this, in a completely legal but malicious way?

My fiancé and I figure we switch our vehicles around every day when those next door neighbors aren’t home, just to make them mad. I am absolutely livid.

They could have asked us to pull forward some, or something instead of this. I just know having them as neighbors is going to be hell if this is already happening after only a few weeks.”
