Some bosses act like they own everybody working under their roof!
This guy shares how he quit his job because his boss joked about it.
Check out the full story.
I quit!! Boss gave me an ultimatum and I took it.
Have been working a job for a year now that has increasingly gotten worse.
Things were already bad!
I was on call 6 days a week (unpaid), worked close to 80 hours every week, doing the job of multiple people and my to do list was never ending and never complete.
Any time I made a mistake or dropped the ball on something, got a demeaning talking to like I was a dumb child.
UH OHβ¦
So for the last time I asked for help in dividing up work for deadlines and boss said deal or find another job.
So I quit on the spot and blocked them.
He made the right decision!
They donβt even know what all goes into doing my job as theyβve added responsibilities and had me figure it out for myself along the way.
Good riddance and to hell with being a slave to that system.
AWESOME!
The boss got what he had asked for.
