This morning, around 8:30 am, I could hear my neighbor talking loudly to another neighbor who was outside.
I had just woken up an hour before that, and I didn’t appreciate having to hear her so early.
This is the neighbor who likes to cause trouble.
So instead of me yelling at her to shut up, I went on with what I had to do inside my house.
This woman found effective ways to deal with her narcissist neighbor.
I’ve found some coping methods that help when I’m stressed.

I remember there is karma. I remind myself it’s not worth anything to argue with a narcissist.
