An eagle named Darshan set a world record for the ‘highest-ever recorded bird flight from a man-made structure’ when it took flight from the top of the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, the world’s tallest building. Darshan descended 2,700 ft of vertical distance, landing safely on the arm of its trainer.
The eagle was outfitted with a small action camera so users could experience the flight from Darshan’s point of view.
