Some folks snore and some don’t, but one thing is for sure: if you have to listen to it all night, it can really get on your nerves.
The video above breaks down why people snore. Restricted airways cause snoring but, obviously, some people do it much more frequently and louder than others. A person’s weight, the position they sleep in, and how much alcohol they drink before going to sleep can all affect their snoring.
And about 25% of all adults suffer from sleep apnea.
