“Parents Won’t Listen”: Homeowner Trapped as Local Kids Single Out His Property for Daily Torment

Folks, I’m just gonna be honest: once a person gets a reputation among kids in a neighborhood that they’re an easy mark to be messed with, it’s gonna be a long, bumpy road.

Because a lot of youngsters don’t have a whole lot to do, and harassing an adult can be a great time for them.

That doesn’t say anything very positive about today’s youth, does it…?

In today’s story, a person talked about why they’re frustrated that the kids who live by them keep giving them a hard time.

Take a look at what they’re dealing with.

Getting harassed by neighborhood kids.

“There are 3 houses on my street, each has multiple kids in the 8-12 year old range.

For some reason they gravitate towards the front of my house and are constantly running across my shrubs, front yard, and backyard.

Daily I’ll find footballs, soccer balls, etc in my yard.

A week ago 5 of them threw water balloons at my garage and left the popped balloons all over my driveway.

These kids are a menace!

I’ve confronted one of the kids twice about this and they just play dumb.

I get mad driving home every day because I know they’ll be in the middle of the street and just stare at me, won’t even move half the time.

I don’t know what to do, as they’re all from multiple houses, and I don’t know the people in any of them.

How frustrating!

Why they harass my house boggles my mind.

I literally moved and bought a house here to get away from a similar situation at an apartment.

I can’t stand people.

Just a rant…”
