It’s simply amazing to me that some people out there can find the time to behave this way.

There are only so many hours in each day, and you’d think that most people would try to be productive…

But that’s not how it works!

Check out what this guy had to say about a neighbor who seemingly has a personal vendetta against him.

Check it out!

500 pages of emails about my property from one lady and the town bylaw.

“Ever heard of cats at large?

An everyday visit to see if the cats would go on to her property.

How about the fire marshal got called because of burning cereal boxes, which are considered garbage?

Or going onto your property and questioning every single person who’s going into your house of who they are and what they’re doing there?

Having cameras pointed into your yard every time you go and enjoy the ocean because it is a beachfront property she swims by and stares at you?

This sounds like a total nightmare.

Whenever there is a car in my driveway, she looks up the license plates and see where they are from all because we have a short term rental on one side of our duplex home.

It’s a one bedroom no more than a couple can rent it. It’s not a party in the slightest

She requested the kind of tenants that she would like in there she said for us to fix up our house. How could we leave it so dilapidated and then when we did fix it up it was a noise issue we put up a fence. It was a survey issue.

Everyone sounds pretty paranoid around these parts…

The bylaw friend of hers told everybody to keep cameras out to see if we had illegal people staying at our place just so you know we were fully licensed and very legal. Then they harassed and bullied my tenants out and chased away all of my short term rental guests.

When she finally got my long-term tenants out due to constant harassment, and with my long-term tenants out, we could no longer do the Airbnb and the other side because it had to be the host that lived there anyways when they finally bullied her out of there.

This is insane!

I called the city and I got a 500 page freedom of information Act report back from any kind of reports from that had to do with my house for that summer, there’s 500 pages of her taking photos of people walking in and out of my house, researching platforms to make sure that we weren’t listing telling us to cut down trees on public property to try and get us in trouble.

All these just conniving little things we got robbed we put up lights and she asked us to take them down. They were too bright so we turned them off well that wasn’t good enough because they were not down and she doesn’t understand why they are not like the rest of the neighborhoods lights

I said because we just got robbed interesting that you don’t notice that but you notice everything else.”

Wow…

This is totally over the top!

Not to mention, frustrating…

His neighbor had WAY too much time on her hands…
