Neighbor sent his landscapers over to cut mom’s trees years ago. Now her house is for sale and he wants to tour it. Any red flags here?
“My mother lived in her house for 60 years.
Ten years ago or so, the neighbor sent his landscapers onto her property to remove her “volunteer” trees that were blocking his sunlight in his backyard.
When he knew she was out of state for the winter months…
Good for her!
When she came back, she sued him and won. He had to replant the trees.
She never spoke to him again.
She passed away and now her house is on the market.
The questionably unethical neighbor has asked our agent to show him the house.
They’re not sure how to feel about this…
We have an agreement with our agent not to dual represent, and he says he has different agent.
