When you work for an organization, that’s known more for its incompetence than anything else, that’s bad.

When that remarkably incompetent leadership start to randomly deciding to force everyone to return to the office and then declaring temporary work from home days as a β€œbenefitβ€œ, that’s worse.

UH OH…

But when your first day back begins with you discovering that they can’t even keep the air conditioner running in the middle of a heat wave, you know you have made a terrible career choice.
