In ‘Double Trouble’ surfing filmmaker Máquina Voadora captures the dramatic and terrifying intensity of big wave surfing at Praia do Norte in Nazaré, Portugal.

The action starts when Portuguese Pro Big Wave Surfer Alex Botelho tries to drop into a huge wave and takes a nasty wipeout. When his teammate and fellow pro, Hugo Vau, goes to rescue him in a jetski, things quickly go awry and both surfers find themselves in a dangerous predicament as the colossal waves of Praia do Norte continue to roll in.
