How Does Alcohol Cause Hangovers And How To Avoid Them

Believe it or not, there was a 1970s study where participants agreed to get drunk once a week, on different days and with different beverages with the same alcohol content, for 8 weeks. The results were quite interesting, but since then, science has learned a lot more about alcohol and how it causes hangovers.
