Massages are the best! But getting a massage can be tricky, as the person in this story found out. See why it’s a relationship issue in this story.

AITAH for not wanting to give a massage to get one?

My boyfriend refuses to give me a massage unless I agree to give him one in return. To me, this makes it feel really transactional.

She has her reasons.

It turns me off of the idea all together.

The reason i want a massage to begin with is because I’m tired, in pain and want to relax.

Her argument is strong.

Turning around and doing the physical labor of giving someone a massage afterwards is not relaxing to me.

AITA for wanting to receive a massage without being expected to give him one too?

Here is what people are saying.

It’s not that simple.

Great idea!

I’m not sure that’s what she is saying.

Especially if you’re over 30.

This is so nice!

Maybe she’s used to getting and not receiving.
