His Neighbor Keeps Parking Right in Front of His House—Even Though His Own Driveway Is Completely Empty

I’m gonna say it right here and now

I’d be annoyed by this, too!

I’m talking about people who choose to park away from their own house and front of someone else’s place for…actually, I can’t even come up with a good reason!

Wuz up with that?!?!

Who knows…but all I know is that it’s frustrating.

Check out why this guy is pretty ticked off about his neighbor.

Neighbor Street Parking in Front of Home. I left a note.

“This is in the suburbs.

No absence of parking. In front of his house is wide open.

We moved in not long ago, and my neighbor (diagonal from me) has basically claimed the curb in front of my yard and bushes as his personal parking spot.

Yeah, I get it — the street is public, I don’t “own” the curb.

This is kind of frustrating.

But come on, show some respect. He’s got an empty driveway most of the time and a curb the same size right in front of his own house. Instead, he leaves his car in front of mine for days.

It’s extra annoying because it blocks me from doing yard work. I feel like I can’t trim hedges, edge, or weed-whack comfortably because his car is right there.

And honestly, it’s just the principle of the thing.

Get lost, dude!

The first thing I see every morning or when I get home is his car sitting there like it lives at my place.

To top it off, he’s the only neighbor who hasn’t said hi since we moved in and he skipped the block party, so he already comes off standoffish.

I even left a note asking him to please park in front of his own home.

Now I spray water when I’m doing the bushes so his car gets the “treatment.” My watering schedule will likely follow that of the vehicle.

Snow removal in the winter spot.

AITA for being mad and petty about it?

What do I do?”

This person had a lot to say.

And this person said they’re to blame for this situation.

Yes, this guy needs to relax…

But this is still pretty annoying!

Park in front of your own house, dude!

There are some unspoken parking rules that should be followed…
